Sophie's Closet ("we," "our," or "us") operates this shop and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Sophie's Closet uses the Shopify platform to provide you with the Services. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information when you visit, use, or make a purchase or other transaction through the Services, or otherwise communicate with us. Your personal information may be transferred, stored, and processed by us or our service providers (including Shopify) outside Quebec, including in other Canadian provinces or outside Canada. Before transferring personal information outside Quebec, we consider, as part of a privacy impact assessment, elements such as the sensitivity of the information, the purposes for which it will be used, the applicable protection measures in the destination territory (including whether that territory offers legal protection deemed equivalent to the principles applicable in Quebec), and any contractual measures in place to ensure a level of protection for the information equivalent to that provided by Quebec law.
